By booking, you agree to the following: 🎉 No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Guests This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for families, responsible friend groups, and work-related stays only. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited, regardless of group size. This includes (but is not limited to): • More guests than listed on the reservation (unless pre-approved) • Excessive noise, moved furniture, or large amounts of trash • Disruptive behavior or neighbor complaints Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a $500 fee. 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, especially outdoors. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $250 fee. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, please dispose of materials properly. Indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility (Pending Availability) We’re happy to offer the following by request and subject to availability: • Early check-in: $50 • Late check-out (up to 2 hours): $50 • Luggage drop-off: $50 Please message the host in advance to confirm availability.
