  • WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING:

“Second time staying here, as it's always a pleasure. Besides the beauty and the killer music selection, it's the little touches that make this place truly great. Airbnbs like this are exactly what you want in an Airbnb in the best possible way. Coolest one I've been to in the city.”

    - JASON

  • WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING:

Super cute and cozy! I appreciated all the little amenities, like condiments in the fridge, aromatherapy spray in the bedroom, and a handful of games. All of the linens and towels were super soft and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

    - CHELSEA

  • WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

We had everything we needed here while visiting family nearby. Of the places we have stayed in the last few years in/near Bourbon, this was the one we would want to plan to return to. There were a lot of extra touches and everything was very comfortable.

    -AMANDA

  • WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

“Wouldn't hesitate to book with Carly again in the near future! Place was presented as described in the listing. This place and Carly are a well earned 5 stars. When in Indy look no further!”

  • WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

“Absolutely stunning property. The sound system through the house, multiple bonus rooms, cannot express enough how nice and accommodating this house is, truly one of the best options in the whole city to stay at.”

the lazy sunday story

How a feeling became a business—and a legacy.

Before there were businesses, inspections, and turnovers…

there were Sundays.

Those slow, dreamy, pre-kids Sundays where everything felt like an exhale.

Coffee that stayed warm.

Naps whenever we felt like it.

Great food in sweats.

A tv show marathon with no guilt and zero productivity on purpose.

Sundays were our ritual—a reset that reminded us how good it feels to simply be.

That feeling of calm, comfort, and nowhere-to-be…

that’s the feeling that built Lazy Sunday.
