Stadium Social is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, close to Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, and some of the city’s biggest events. With that convenient urban location, city traffic, event-day activity, and occasional neighborhood noise are possible, especially during Colts games, conventions, concerts, and other major downtown events.

For your security and to help us be good neighbors, please note:

Exterior security cameras are located on the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Noise decibel monitors are used to help us maintain respectful sound levels. These devices measure volume only and do not record conversations or audio.
Parties and events are not permitted. Please be mindful of our neighbors, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the private parking area behind the home. Please do not park in the neighboring gravel lot.

Early Check-In — $75

Unauthorized late checkout:

We’re located in an urban residential neighborhood and ask that guests help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors.
- Keep voices, music, and outdoor activity to a minimum during quiet hours
- Noise complaints may result in a $250 fee
Noise monitoring devices are in place (they measure decibel levels only, no audio recording).
